The
Journey Starts
A special thank you to SheoWolf and the Sisterhood of the Wolf, who's words and page inspired me to start my journey. I give appreciation to all my guides and teachers, for their pages enriched my understanding of the wolf and also of myself.
I have borrowed much wisdom and some beautiful pictures and sounds along my journey. Please honor them with a visit.

While surfing the net one day for the lupus wolf, quite by accident I came upon a page who's words touched my heart and made it smile. Words that gave me a feeling of joy and happiness. A positive feeling, in my connection to the wolf.
"LA
LOBA" Wolf Woman
"And La Loba sings more, and the wolf creature begins to breathe. And still La Loba sings so deeply that the floor of the desert shakes, and as she sings, the wolf opens its eyes, leaps up, and runs away down the canyon....
Somewhere in its running, whether by speed of its running, or by splashing its way into a river, or by way of moonlite hitting it right in the side, the wolf is suddenly transformed
into a laughing woman who runs free towards the horizon."
~~Women who run with wolves~
~
by Clarissa Pinkola Estes~
I began to study the wolf.
I write on these walls to vanquish the pictures in mind's eyes.
I write on these walls to chase away the fear.
I write on these walls, to learn the name wolf is not evil.
I write on these walls, to remember the journey.
I present this journey with pictures, words and melody.
I take the journey with my mind, my heart and my spirit.
